Busy, Busy Day
Wow, it’s been weeks since I’ve last updated my blog. I’m very sorry. This working girl has been doing a lot of things lately. And to be honest, I haven’t got any topic in mind today. So what have I been up to?

First of all, I’ve been working on my promotion to Senior Specialist. It all came in a rush to me. I didn’t plan for this. The moment I got regularized, my team leader recommended me and 3 other teammates of mine as senior specialist. We have to take an exam for this. And I’m not expecting to pass the exam for the first time. They all say it’s very hard. Even so, I have been going to work an hour early to review. Am I taking this seriously or what? Hehehe.

Second of all, my birthday is coming up. Waahhh. I’m turning a year older. And since I don’t have any close, with regards to proximity, relatives here in Cebu, I have been planning a party for me, my teammates, some wavemates and former classmates. It’s going to be held in our house. This will be fun. I have promised them videoke and booze. Hehehe. I’m a late bloomer when it comes to partyin’ and I mean real partyin’. But I know it will be fun. Good thing my birthday falls on the rest day of most of my guests. And I have feeling that my next blog will be about my birthday. Watch out for it.

Third, and most important, Christmas. It’s just around the corner and I still have no idea what to give for my mom, dad and brother. I mean, I know what they want it’s just that I don’t know if I have the money for it or after it. Hehehe. I wouldn’t even be at home during noche buena because I have work on the 24th. Sad time, that would be. I don’t even want to think of how our family will be during that time. At least, we don’t have work on Christmas day.

So, they say that Christmas is indeed the busiest time of the year. I am having a first hand experience of it. At least, there is someone else busier than me…. Santa Clause.
